Please note that by purchasing a Limited Edition Artwork you are agreeing to our terms and conditions of sale.
Please note that prices are subject to change. As is traditional in edition publishing, prices may rise as an edition begins to sell out.
As soon as the purchase price is paid in full, you will become the owner of the artwork and responsibility for the artwork and the risk of damage or loss will pass to you.
The artwork should not be purchased for resale and will be retained by you for your own personal enjoyment. Specifically, you may not sell or offer for sale the artwork on any auction website without first consulting with EKCO.
Copyright of the artwork remains the property of the artist. Therefore you may not produce any image of the artwork or publish or submit for publication or reproduction any image of the artwork to any third party, including any websites, for any purpose.
Any unwanted goods must be returned including a receipt as proof of purchase and be in re-saleable condition. We reserve the right to refuse to refund any item that it is not in a good re-saleable condition. We cannot authorise a refund for any goods without proof of purchase and require proof of address for any refunds made.
In cases of goods that are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied please return the goods to EKCO London.
We recommend that you use registered post or recorded delivery to return goods to us to ensure safe delivery.
EKCO shall use reasonable efforts to replace damaged or incorrect goods but if replacement is not possible, or if an order is cancelled for any other reason, we will only be obliged to refund the full amount paid by you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
